ONE of the country’s energy firms, Inflo Limited. has launched a promotion which will see the firm selling its power backup packages at 15 percent discount. Inflo Operations Director, Soustain Chigal, said the promotion targets power backups for households and small offices.
Chigalu said Inflo has launched the promotion to introduce its breed of solar hybrid inverters to the Malawi market. He said the promotion has three packages. “The first package comprises 1.2 kVA (kilo-volt-ampere) solar hybrid inverter and 100Ah batter which can light up a house at a minimum of six hours with TV screen and phone charging. The second package comprises 2.4kVA solar hybrid inverter with and two 100AH battery (ampere hour) batteries. The package can light up a house or office at a minimum of 12 hours with a TV screen and charging a laptop computer and mobile phones.
“The third package comprises 300kWh/year rating, lights, TV screen and charging of laptop computers, and mobile phones,” Chigalu said. He noted that the inverters and batteries on promotion are of high quality and reliable with a warranty guarantee of one year.
“Inflo Limited also offers good aftersles support to ensure that customers enjoy their power backup systems. Above all, Inflo Limited is lincensed with Malawi energy Regulatory to import, sale and install solar and renewable energy products in Malawi.”
The power backup packages are upgradable to include solar panels. Inflo Limited also has quality solar panels to supply to its customers. Customers can also buy solar hybrid inverters, batteries and solar panels individually for their houses or offices,” he said
Chigalu added that his firm has a team of qualified electrical technicians that install power backups packages.
