‘Quality of power supply to improve’

Utility power supply, Electricity Corporation of Malawi Limited (Escom), has connected the newly constructed 400/132 KV Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Compact-funded Nkhoma Sub-Station to the existing power network. Speaking during a media tour of Nkhoma Sub-Station on Saturday, Escom Senior Control Engineer, Augustine Nyirenda, said the develoment would result in improved power supply to the Central and Northern regions of the country.
