Blantyre primary schools in tree planting exercise

The Blantyre Urban District Education Office says it is planting trees in 21 out of 61 schools in conjuction with Germany’s Hannover City as one way of keeping the city green and clean. Blantyre urban district education Manager (DEM) Evelyn Mjima said this on Wednesday during the launch of a Tree Planting Programme held at Blantyre Girls Primary School.
