Supplier should clearly demonstrate ability to repair supplied equipment by indicating workshop capability and capacity of technical staff to install and repair faulty system.
Installation sites will be advised separately.
1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the NBM Procurement Policy and is open to all bidders meeting the requirements.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from National Bank of Malawi Procurement Department and inspect the Bidding documents at the address given (5) below from 08:30 12:00 and 13:30 to 16:30hrs.
3. A complete set of Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below (5) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MWK 10,000.00. The method of payment will be cash or bank certified cheques.
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below (5a) before 14:00hrs on 27 February 2018. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid price or reference letter from your account manager at National Bank of Malawi. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the-presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below (5) at 15:00hrs on 27 February 2018
