SUPPLY SYSTEM, DRILLING AND REHABILITATION of BOREHOLES
NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB)

1) Zomba District Council has budgeted funds for the construction, supply and installation of a solar powered SUNUZI irrigation and water supply system. The council will also commence drilling and rehabilitation of boreholes as indicated below.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in public procurement and disposal act 2016 (PPDA)
2) Eligible interested bidders may obtain and inspect Bidding Documents in the procurement department in the address given below (6a) from 8:00am to 12:00pm and from 2:00pm to 4:00pm except public holidays
3) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be collected at the address shown in (6a) upon payment of 10 Cm-kwacha cash non-refundable fee in the cashier’s office within the same premises except on public holidays.
4) Bids clearly marked “integrated water & irrigation system” deposited in a Tender Box at Zomba District square just adjacent to the address given in address (6a). Bids should be accompanied by a bid securing declaration form at or before 12th March 2018, 14:00 hrs., local time. Late bids will be rejected.
