Strategic Sector Support Mapping Meeting in Blantyre, 21. and 22. September 2017

One Strategic Sector Support Mapping Meeting has started in Blantyre yesterday and is still taking place today! 

15 colleagues from different currently active Renewable Energy (RE) related networks and info sharing plattforms including REIAMA, STA, CONREMA, CISONECC, Association of Environmental Journalist of Malawi, MBAULA and Green and Inclusive Energy Strategic partners & Mphamvu now as well as the two leading RE focussed project development NGOs,  RENAMA and CEM have come together to discuss their synergies and collaboration potentials, share their visions and approaches!

This group together regularly reach out to and work with more than 1500 stakeholders, interested and active in supporting RE development in Malawi, through their WhatsApp, Facebook and web forums as well as trainings, advocacy events, project exchange visits, etc.

Our secretariat is glad to be able to facilitate this important discussion, with the kind support of Hivos International.

The atmosphere of the meeting has been very collaborative so far! Depending on the agreement of the participants, you will be updated on the outcome of the meeting in due course and be invited to comment on the ideas.
