THE Department of Forestry has said it will take more years to re-open Viphya Plantation, commonly known as Chikangawa, for harvest due to depletion of resources. Ministry of Natural Resources, Energy and Mining spokesperson, Sangwani Phiri, said yesterday no licence will be given for operations in the forest.
