NBM partners MDF in tree-planting campaign

The partnership of National Bank of Malawi (NBM), Malawi Defence Force (MDF) and the Department of Forestry is going to plant trees in the Eastern Region.

NBM acting chief executive officer Macfussy Kawawa: "We have been greatly affected by the deforestation. There is alaways power blackout that has resulted in us using generators which is very costly. This is why we are in this partnership with MDF".
