GHG emissions by country table – Malawi contributes less than 1% to global greenhouse gas emissions

The attached table shows the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Assumption by Country.

Solely for the purposes of Article 21 of the Paris Agreement, information on the most up-to-date total and per cent of greenhouse gas emissions communicated by Parties to the Convention in their national communications, greenhouse gas inventory reports, biennial reports or biennial update reports, as of 12 December 2015.

According to the underlying data from 2000, Malawi contributed 24959 tons of CO2, which represented about 0.07 per cent to the global GHG emissions by that time.
